Business Central Expertise. Built Across Industries. Focused on Food & Beverage.

Azair Sheikh, Founder

I started BCCI because I kept watching the same thing happen. A company invests six figures in a Business Central implementation. The consulting firm sends their best people to the sales pitch. Then the project starts, those people disappear, and a junior consultant who’s learning on the job tries to deliver what the senior promised. The client ends up with a system nobody trusts and a six-figure lesson in how the consulting industry actually works.

I’ve spent over 10 years in Dynamics ERP consulting: GP, NAV, and now Business Central. I’ve implemented, stabilized, and supported BC across manufacturing, food and beverage, insurance, property management, utilities, and more. That cross-industry experience taught me something most niche consultants miss: the patterns are remarkably similar. The problems a bakery has with lot tracking are structurally identical to the problems a manufacturer has with serial tracking. The month-end close that takes two weeks looks the same whether you process dairy or building materials.

BCCI’s focus is food and beverage processing because that’s where I see the widest gap between what manufacturers need and what most BC partners deliver. I’m building that F&B expertise deliberately, combining hands-on consulting experience with deep research into the regulatory landscape, industry pain points, and BC configurations that F&B processors actually need.

Here’s what won’t happen when you work with us: you won’t get a senior consultant in the sales meeting and a junior in the implementation. The person you talk to is the person who does the work. That’s the whole point.

Discovery

We start with your operation, not a slide deck. We document how your team actually works: receiving, production, inventory, shipping. Every process, every workaround, every spreadsheet someone built because the system couldn’t handle it.

For food and beverage clients, that includes lot tracking workflows, allergen documentation, quality holds, and regulatory reporting. For other manufacturers, it’s whatever your operation depends on that your current system isn’t handling well.

Process Mapping

We map your current processes against Business Central capabilities. Some get configured as-is. Some get improved, because moving a bad process into a new system just gives you an expensive bad process.

This is where most implementations go wrong. Teams skip straight to “how do we set up BC?” before asking “how should we actually be running this operation?” We don’t skip it.

Configuration

Your BC environment gets configured for how your operation actually works. Lot tracking, costing methods, production BOMs, quality checkpoints, role-based user profiles. Custom development only where BC can’t handle the requirement natively. Everything built as AL extensions that survive platform upgrades.

For F&B processors, that extends to allergen attributes, catch weight handling, shelf life management, and CFIA/SFCR compliance documentation.

Testing & Training

Your team tests with your real data and your real scenarios. Not a demo database. We train every user role on their specific workflows. If someone can’t do their job without calling us, we haven’t finished training.

We also set up role profiles so each user sees a BC environment built for their job. A warehouse worker’s screen looks nothing like a controller’s screen. This sounds basic, but almost nobody does it, and it solves half your training and support issues.

Go-Live & Support

Hypercare support during the first weeks. Ongoing support after that, including fixed-fee partnership plans for clients who want consistent support without hourly billing surprises.

Beyond F&B

Beyond F&B

Our active clients include manufacturers, insurance organizations, and service companies outside food and beverage. Business Central is a powerful ERP regardless of vertical. The same methodology that makes an F&B implementation successful applies to any organization running BC. If you're running BC or migrating from GP or NAV, our cross-industry experience means we've likely seen your problems before.
